An Israeli official said that Israel decided on Tuesday to allow convene a meeting for the Palestinian Legislative Council on September 9 in Ramullah but it reserved what he had called the right of preventing access of certain members from taking part in the said meeting.

Five Palestinians killed by Israel in Hebron, Jenin
The witnesses said the four Palestinians were working who were coming back to their houses at dawn after they had worked in a quarry. The four men are in their 20th. They are Alaa Ayeyda and the two brothers Hisham and Husam al-Haleyqa and their cousin Ateyah al-Haleyqa.
