Erekat: Wye issues require Israeli political decision, not negotiation
Top Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat said yesterday that the negotiations that took place yesterday between the Palestinians and Israelis did not achieve any results and that there are still disputes regarding the time schedule for implementation of the Wye River accord, detainees, the Palestinian harbor and the secure passage.
