Al-Assad concludes successful visit to Oman
al-Assad had discussed with Sultan Qabous Bin Saeed latest developments in the Middle East, ways to enhance and activate Arab solidarity and to support the Palestinian Intifada as well as bilateral relations between the two countries and means of expanding and furthering them. The Syrian foreign minister Farouk al-Shara and members of the delegation accompanying the President also returned back.
