Minor ministerial reshuffle in Oman
Sultan Qaboos Bin Said of Oman on Tuesday released two decrees. The first merged the ministries of communications and housing into one ministry under the name "the Ministry of Transport and Housing," and according to this decree he appointed Malik Bin Suleiman al-Mamari as the minister for this new ministry.
