The Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak resumed yesterday from his hospital in Munich where he is spending a recovery time after the surgery he underwent on his backbone, his activity by meeting with the German foreign minister Yushka Fischer and discussed with him conditions in the Middle East and the Israeli- Palestinian conflict, according to a statement by the ministry.
