Supreme court rejects appeal of Al-Qaida dormant cell operatives
The supreme court rejected on Wednesday the appeal lodged by Zouheir Mohamed Hilal Tabiti, a Saudi national who was sentenced early this year to ten years in jail for belonging to an Al-Qaida dormant cell in Morocco, legal sources said Wednesday. Two other Saudis, Jaber Aouad Al Assiri and Abdellah Ben Al Moussafar Al Ghamidi, who were also handed down the same sentence in the same case, had given up the appeal.
