Three Palestinians shot, Israel demolish homes
The occupied Arab territories yesterday witnessed another day of Israeli killing, destruction and confiscation of more lands. Three Palestinians were killed yesterday by the Israeli forces. They are Hazaa Shedid, a student at a school in Ar'ar village, Muhey eddine Hamra ( 16 year old) from Toulkarem, and Yahya Rakkana (44 years old) from Qabatya.

Somali, Ethiopian refugees drowned off the Yemeni coasts
The UNHCR has stated that it stopped search operations for survivors in a boat drowning incident which was carrying Somali and Ethiopian refugees off Yemen on January 4. About 100 persons are expected to have been be killed in the incident.
