Libya execution of nurses will be lifted if Bulgaria helps families of Libyan children infected with AIDS
The Libyan (foreign minister) Abdul Rahman Shalqam said that the death penalty for the five Bulgarian nurses and one Palestinian doctor, convicted of having 426 Libyan children infected with AIDS, might be lifted in return for humanitarian aid being provided to the effected families.
