Qathafi's son considers Bulgarian nurses in AIDS case innocent
Seif al-Islam al-Qathafi, the son of the Libyan leader Muammar al-Qathafi said on Thursday that he personally does not consider that the five Bulgarian nurses who were sentenced to death on charges of transferring the AIDS/HIV virus to hundreds of Libyan children as guilty.

Libya catches gang, consider drugs weapons of mass destruction
The official Libyan News agency reported today that "In line with the efforts of the General Department for Fighting Narcotics and Mental Effectors in order to eradicate the drug plague and wiping it out from society the department sources at the General People's Committee for Public Security said its members managed during Eid al-Fitre to catch a gang that used (Libya) as a warehouse transit and distribution area for this dangerous plague."
