Qathafi on enacting new laws in Libya
Among the treaties and agreements protocols and treaties cited by the leader in this respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights as per resolution 217 of the UN General Assembly in 1948 which the leader urged not to ignore and indeed to observe it when speaking about human rights besides a set of other treaties agreements and protocols
