Libya offers Asian, European companies 44 oil exploration licenses
The national establishment for oil in Tripoli on Monday announced that Libya offered 44 sea and land areas for oil exploration to Asian, and European companies, at a bid.

Al-Qathafi: the money in Libya belongs to the people
The Libyan Leader Muammar al-Qathafi said that there are extra revenues due to the higher oil prices and that "the value of the spared money in Libya is not a secret because all the money belonged to the Libyan people and not a property of a royal feudal or exploitative Sultans or sheikhs,"
