Italy seeks to establish camps in Libya to bring back immigrants
The Italian minister of the interior, Joseibi Beizano, who met with the Libyan leader Muammar al-Qathafi in Tripoli on Sunday said that the Italian government had drawn a big plan to establish camps in Libya in order to prevent the arrival of illegal African immigrants to the Italian coasts and then from there to Europe.
