Qaddafi: I will not attend the Arab summit
Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi said he will not attend the Beirut's Arab summit because the " Arab states because they do not honor their decisions," noting that the recent Arab summit decided to form a committee of seven states to study a strategic initiative he had proposed to solve the question of the Arab- Israeli conflict, but never did it.
