Arab League chief heads for Libya
In a later development, the spokesman for the Arab League (AL) Hisham Youssef said on late Saturday evening that the AL secretary general will pay an urgent visit to Libya to meet with the Libyan President Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi and to discuss with him his plan to establish peace in the Middle East.
