The Libyan representative at the UN Abu Zeid Dardara stressed on Monday his conviction that both Britain and the US are acting with good intention towards the talks aiming at clarifying how Tripoli can end the organized sanctions imposed on Libya following the explosion of the Pan American plane over Lockerbie in Scotland.
