Libya appoints an opposition as its ambassador to the AL
Libya has appointed former opposition member to Col. Muammar al-Qaddafi Abdul Menem al-Houni, as Libya's ambassador to the Arab League (AL), according to the spokesman for the AL Talaat Hamid. The new ambassador submitted his credentials to the AL secretary general Ismat Abdul Miguid.
