A high-ranking Sudanese official denied that the Sudanese President Omar Bashir refused the initiative of Libyan leader Colonel Moammar Gaddafi to visit Libya and meet with the presidents of Uganda and Eritrea, within Libya's initiative to improve Sudanese relations with its neighbors, who Sudan has accused attacking it.
