In reciprocated bombardment following the assassination of a resistance security official; two Israeli soldiers, one Hizbullah fighter were killed
Two Israeli soldiers were killed in an attack launched by Hizbullah fighters at an Israeli military position in the western sector of the borders between Lebanon and Israel. One member of the Lebanese Hizbullah party was killed in one Israeli air bombardment by two missiles against what is thought to be positions for the party in the outskirts of Eita al-Chaab border town.

In a professional operation which is the second in less than one year, the Israeli intelligence forces yesterday assassinated one of the cadres of the " Islamic resistance " in Lebanon, Ghaleb Muhammad Awali ( 41 year old) by an explosive implanted in his car in front of his house in Muwad quarters in the southern suburb of Beirut and the car was detonated as he got into it.
