Charges against Israeli civilian bombardment

A source close to the Israeli Foreign Ministry has stated that the Israeli ambassador in Washington, Zalman Shoufal, informed the US Middle East peace process coordinator, Dennis Ross, that Israel is currently studying the request of the UN Security Council to convene in order to take necessary measures to ensure Israel's withdrawal from south Lebanon.

Israel continues aggressions against south Lebanon
caution prevailed in villages adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon, especially in the central sector, following recent threats launched by Israel against citizens of these villages. News reports from south Lebanon said farmers refrained from going to their farms to harvest crops, as well as shepherds who fear being exposed to Israeli intimidation and gunfire following the recent threats.
