Ruler of Kuwait announces the new ministerial formation
The ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah issued a decree on the new governmental formation which is composed of 16 ministers including three Islamists and one woman. Two liberal ministers walked out of the lists while it kept most of the former government ministers.
