Powell in Kuwait to make talks on Iraq and the Arab reforms
The US secretary of state Colin Powell arrived in Kuwait, his first station in a Gulf tour during which he will also visit Saudi Arabia and discuss in it the situation in Iraq and the Middle East peace process and the American reform initiative in the Arab states.

Kuwait calls for the execution of Saddam Hussein
The Kuwaiti attorney general Hamid al-Othman said in statements issued yesterday that Kuwait will call for the death penalty of the toppled Iraqi President Saddam Hussein over crimes he had committed against Kuwait.
