Kuwait backs Iraq's representation at Arab foreign ministers meeting
Kuwait's representative to the Arab League AL Ahmad Khaled al-Kleib announced yesterday that his country backs to have Iraq being represented at the meetings of the Arab foreign ministers due to be held on September 9 and 10 at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo.
