Al-Anbaa: Kuwaiti- Russian talks to boost oil and gas cooperation
The Kuwaiti minister of information and acting minister of oil Ahmad Fahad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah announced that he had agreed with the Russian minister of energy Igore Yousovov during the latter's visit to Kuwait to form three joint committees between the two countries aiming at strengthening and developing bilateral cooperation.
