Ruler of Kuwait has a stroke
A statement by the Kuwaiti Emir court said that the ruler of Kuwait Sheikh Jaber al-Ahmad al-Sabah suffers a stroke in the brain and his condition is stable now, noting that he will be taken to London today ( Friday) evening to complete medical checks.
