The Kuwaiti government began taking legal procedures concerning individuals without any forms of country affiliation following the end of a period of time determined by the interior ministry last month and asked this individuals to amend their legal status or be presented to the general prosecution.

Kuwaiti daily expects the convening of an Arab summit
The Kuwaiti daily al-Qabas quoted well-informed sources in Cairo as saying that an Arab summit that is expected to be held before October will concentrate its efforts on one issue which is the peace process between the Palestinians and the Israelis, noting that the new Syrian President Lt. Gen. Bashar al-Assad is taking part in this summit.

Saudi- Kuwaiti sea border agreement signed
The governments of Kuwait and Saudi Arabia on Sunday signed an agreement on sea borders demarcation. This agreement would open the door before reaching an agreement with Iran to divide the storage of natural gas and oil under the waters of the Gulf among the three countries, Kuwait, Iran and Saudi Arabia.
