Egypt, Jordan to set up customs- clearance zone in Nuweiba
Egypt and Jordan discussed Friday a proposal to set up a customs-clearance zone at Nuweiba to help accelerate processing of relief aid to Iraq via Jordan's Aqaba port. The proposal was discussed during a meeting on Friday between Minister of Transport Hamdi El Shayeb and his Jordanian counterpart Raid Abul Saud.

Jordan discloses persons involved in the chemical attack that would kill 80,000 persons
The Jordanian government yesterday confirmed earlier news on that it was able to foil a huge attack by chemical weapons against the headquarters if the Jordanian intelligence in Amman. It said that the attack would have led to the killing of 80,000 persons in what seems to be the biggest aggression on the history of the Kingdom.

Saddam's wife assigns a Jordanian lawyer to defend her husband
The prominent Jordanian lawyer Muhammad Najib al-Rashdan got an official authorization to defend the toppled Iraqi President Saddam Hussein from his wife and Saddam's daughters who fell in the fist of the American occupation forces in December 2003, 8 months after his rule was toppled.
