The Shiite, Kurds in Iraq sign agreement for the formation of a government tomorrow
Adnan Ali, one of the aides for Ibrahim al-Jaffari, the candidate for the next Iraqi prime minister, from the United Iraqi Coalition supported by the Shiite clergy Ayatullah Ali al-Seistani, announced reaching a common understanding agreement with the Kurds that will be signed tomorrow, Sunday.

US military detains Iraqi journalist
Reporters sans frontieres (RSF), Paris has called for the immediate release of Iraqi journalist Majed Fadhil Zaboun, of the independent daily "Al-Fourat." Zaboun has been held by US military forces since he was arrested on the Syrian border, on 28 February 2005, as he was returning from a conference in Damascus.

A bloody attack in Musil
The last 24 hours witnessed explosions in various parts of Iraq the most violent of which and bloodiest was the attack which targeted a Shiite mosque in Musil to the north of Iraq which inflected 47 killing and more than 100 persons as injured, according to a medical source in the city.
