Two Americans were killed, al-Seistani disapproves of the constitution
Ahmad al-Safi, the representative if the Shiite clergy Ayatullah al-Uzma Ali al-Seistani in Karbala city described the provisional state law as a historical farce and a grave tragedy. Al-Safi said in Friday's prayers sermon in Karbala yesterday that this law was composed by the hands of occupation in a way that permits the return back of Jews to Iraq to "assume governmental posts."

Damascus has deliberately denied yesterday to have had permitted the two sons of the toppled Iraqi President Saddam Hussein to enter its territories, at a time when the US daily "USA Today" said that Ode and Qusai sneaked to Syria without the knowledge of its authorities, after the American invasion in March 2003 and were expelled from there when they were discovered.
