One Iraqi killed in an explosion in Baghdad
The American army said that one Iraqi was killed and several persons wounded yesterday morning in an attack by a booby trapped car, in what seems to be in front of a hotel in the downtown of Baghdad. An America military spokesman said he does not have information that the explosion is made by a " suicide attacker."

Independent: invasion of Iraq lacked humanitarian and logical justification
The British Independent daily stressed Tuesday that the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq lacked human and logical justification. The daily cited a report by the Human Rights Watch organization that the failure to find weapons of mass destruction(WMD) in Iraq would push the U.S. President George Bush and British Prime Minister Tony Blair to hide behind humanitarian reasons.

Nine Iraqis killed, the first attack against the Japanese in Iraq claims the life of one Jordanian
The Japanese forces which were deployed in Iraq recently were exposed to the first attack yesterday, and this resulted in the killing of one Jordanian driver, while four members of the Iraqi police were killed, and a fifth wounded, when armed men opened fire at an Iraqi police center in al-Ramadi city, to the west of Baghdad. Several others were wounded when an explosive went off to the south of Baghdad.

Witnesses in al-Musil city to the north of Iraq said that one American helicopter crashed yesterday evening in the city. Iraqi police men and American soldiers said that one helicopter crashed after it collided with an electricity column. The occupants fell in the water of the Tigris.
