Taha Yassin Ramadan in Damascus to strengthen economic ties
The Iraqi trade minister Muhammad Mahdi Saleh, who is taking part in the preliminary meetings of the higher committee said that value of trade exchange between the two states reached 4 billion dollars since 1997 until the present time. He unveiled that the bid on the new oil pipe between the two states will be announced very soon.

Baghdad describe last minutes for Abu Nida's suicide
The chairman of the Iraqi intelligence Taher Jalil al-Habboush on Wednesday gave the Iraqi official version on the death of Sabri al-Banna, known as Abu Nidal, which ended by his suicide by one bullet during an attempt by an Iraqi security force to arrest him. A story which was rejected by Fatah -- the revolutionary council-- while the US President George Bush doubted the death story of Abu Nidal.

Al-Majjallah: the after Saddam scenario
