On Syrian- Iraqi trade exchange
The London- based al-Hayat daily in its Friday's issue quoted information stated in Damascus that the level of Syria's caution in dealing with the Iraqi file has increased following the terrorist attacks took place in the US on September 11.

Iraqi accusations against Kuwait
The Iraqi foreign minister Naji sabri said in a message he addressed to the UN secretary general Kofi Annan that the Kuwaiti navy in September carried out five attacks inside the Iraqi territorial waters against Iraqi fishing boats and intercepted the Iraqi fishermen and confiscated their personal properties and spoiled their official documents.
