The London- based al-Zamaan daily issued on Friday issued the text of the document issued by the Iraqi forces which oppose the Iraqi regime. These forces are the " Hizbullah Party, the Islamic work organization, the Arab tribes federation" and " the national army officers movement" what it called the first document to start the alliance of the Islamic and national forces in Iraq inside and outside it.
