Kuwait and Iraq exchanged accusations at Arab parliamentary conference
Sessions of the eighth Arab parliamentary conference in the Mauritanian capital, Nouakchott, witnessed a hot controversy yesterday between Ahmed El-Saedoun, the chairman of the Kuwait Nation's Council and Saedoun Hamadi, the chairman of the Iraqqi National Council, as the two exchanged accusations over the issue of Kuwaiti captives in Iraq.
