Mubarak blames Iraqi intransigence for current conditions
President Mubarak said in an exclusive statements to Ibrahim Nafie, the editor of AL Ahram in a comment on the capture of the ousted Iraqi President Saddam Hussein he hopes that this step would provide a good chance for transferring the authority to the Iraqi people.
