Mrs Mubarak reiterates importance of cultural building of individuals
"But the main challenge that faced us in Egypt was rebuilding the public libraries and this was not an easy task. Egypt has 26 governorates and more than 5.000 villages. Shura Council approves in principle draft law on human rights council
The Shura Council yesterday approved in principle a bill setting up National Human Rights Council. The Human Rights Council will be affiliated to the Shura Council and it will be set up with the aim of strengthening and developing human rights and deepening values of human rights and spreading them.
