Djibouti's government signs agreement with opposition ending hostilities
The government of Djibouti and the Front for the Restoration of Unity and Democracy in Paris on Monday signed an agreement to halt the state of hostility between the two sides that started at the beginning of the 1990s, and the agreement is supposed to lead to the release of detainees held by the two sides.
