US to found a central leadership base in Bahrain
The British Tabloid "The Sun" issued on Monday said that the US is intending to found a central leadership base in Bahrain in order to supervise the land war to be carried out by some 200,000 US soldiers from Kuwait under the cover of intensive air bombardment operations against Iraq from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Turkey as well as planes carriers in the Gulf.

Bahrain dissolves Shoura council to prepare for parliamentary elections
The King of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Bin Issa al-Khaleifa on Saturday ordered dissolving of the appointed Shoura council and thereby paved the way before making free parliamentary elections for the first time in 27 years.
