On the Bahraini National document and a general amnesty
News reports in Manama said that Bahraini figures have called in a first people's seminar held on the national document ( al-Mithaq al-Watani) in al-Bahrain to strengthen the atmospheres of openness in the country through abrogating the Security state law and to release a general amnesty concerning all detainees and to permit the return back of exiled persons.

On the border disputes between Bahrain and Qatar
The secretary general of the Qatari Cabinet Abdullah al-Muslimani, who is also Qatar's representative before the International Court of Justice in the Hague stressed the possibility of reaching a political settlement for the border dispute between Qatar and Bahrain even before or after the issuance of the decision of the court, but this will be under the conditions of the compliance of the will of the two states.
