Algerian fm: summit of Arab Maghreb federation looks for a breakthrough
The Algerian foreign minister Abdul Aziz Balkhadem on Wednesday considered that the main objective for the summit of the Arab Maghreb federation due to be held on June 21 and 22 in Algiers is to give "a new breakthrough" for the Arab Maghreb federation -- the establishment which has been stumbled since 8 years -- on the ground of serving the interests of its members states.

More people killed or wounded in Algiers
Some 11 passengers were killed and other 10 wounded on Tuesday evening when an armed group opened fire at a coach in al-Medya province, 80 Km to the south of Algiers.

Karim Younis, a speaker for the Algerian parliament
