Butaflika calls for national reconciliation
The Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika has extended a new call for reconciliation for elements of the armed groups and the leadership of the banned Islamic front for salvation in order to return back to the society in preparation to launch another battle to convince the Algerians about the amnesty measures he is expected to declare.

Moroccan home minister traces before Algerian journalists history of Sahara issue
For Morocco, he said, the Sahara issue is a problem of separatism and the Sahara is the property of all Moroccans and not only to persons of Sahrawi descent. Furthermore, Spain's retrocession of the Sahara to Morocco was part of a process under which the kingdom recovered separately Sidi Ifni, then Tarfaya and the Sahara but Spain is still retaining Sebta, Melilia and the Jaafarine Islands.

More killings in Algeria
Algerian dailies issued on Sunday said that 30 persons including 27 armed extremists were killed on Friday and Saturday in acts of violence that took place in various areas in Algeria.
