Basic Meat Broth:
Ingredients:
soup meat,2.5,pound,cubed
vegitable oil,3,tablespoon
soup bones,,,cracked
salt,1,tablespoon
water,4,pint
Instructions:
In a large sauce pan lightly brown meat and bones in oil,drain. pour
in the water, add salt and bring to a boil.
Skim fat off top.
Cover saucepan, turn down heat and simmer , adding more water if neccesary.
Cook until meat is tender enough to fall off the bones, approximately 1
1/2 to 2 hrs.
