International aid organization warns Washington against taking Sudanese opposition's side

The aid organization Care International warned the USA against taking the side of the opposition troops fighting the Sudanese government through allowing the arrival of foodstuffs and other aid to the areas dominated by the rebels.
Sir Harold Walker, president of Care International, said in a press statement that was distributed in Cairo that if the USA takes sides among the civil war's parties, it will not help peace in Sudan.
The statement also said that Walker sent a message to US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright in which he urged her to reach an international agreement on how to deal with Sudan.
