Israel continues attacks against south Lebanon

Israeli warplanes on Wednesday raided southern Lebanese areas, said Israeli Radio.

News reports from south Lebanon said that two Israeli planes fired two rockets against Jabaa area in al-Tuffah district and that no immediate casualties were reported.

Further reports from south Lebanon said the Israeli occupation forces continued their attacks against areas adjacent to the occupied part of south Lebanon.

Lebanese security sources said the Israeli artillery bombarded the southern area of Arab Salim town, the course of al-Zahran river and al-Rafee mountain of the mountainous area of al-Tuffah district.

Meanwhile, the Israeli warplanes carried out intensive sorties over south Lebanon and the western Bekaa, and the Israeli artillery fired more than 30 shells on a number of villages and cities of the western Bekaa.
