Bahrain to create council to spur economic growth

Bahrain plans to create a Higher Council for Economic Development to be headed by Prime Minister Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa to develop Bahrain's economic strategy, boost investment and help Bahrain compete, Gulf Daily News reported.
