US secretary of commerce to visit Egypt

US Secretary of Commerce William Daley will visit Egypt on January 19 for two days.
A press statement issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Economy said Daley will discuss during his visit the joint cooperation between the USA and Egypt, especially in agriculture, and means of increasing commercial cooperation between the two countries.
Meanwhile, the first subcommittee of the US - Egyptian partnership (the Gore - Mubarak initiative) will meet on January 19 in Washington to discuss means of supporting joint economic cooperation.
