Kuwait mulls taxing expatriate workers

The Kuwaiti government plans to submit a draft to the legislature that would tax expatriate workers at a rate of $1,000 a year in order to fund employment in Kuwait for Kuwaiti nationals, Bahrain Tribune reported.
