Final arrangements start for Egypt's celebrations of the third millennium

The press center for Egypt's celebration of the millennium, which will be held before the pyramids on December 31, is starting its activity today to serve the local, Arab and international media to cover this celebration, Mohammed Ghonaim, the first under secretary of the Egyptian Ministry of Culture and head of the informational committee of the celebration, said.

He also said the center will provide the media with phone lines and local and international faxes until December 30 and will move on the 31st to the location of the celebration in front of the pyramids, as the information organization will create an international press center to serve more than 500 reporters and correspondents from Egypt and all over the world.
