Israeli army presents Barak plan for withdrawal from Lebanon

The Israeli army's general staff started yesterday presenting a withdrawal plan from Lebanon named "A New Horizon" to Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
Israeli Television said yesterday that the military officials will resume during the coming days presenting this plan, as they hope that it takes place before the end of the current week with a green light from Barak, who also occupies the post of defense minister.
