Saleh urges convening Arab summit to regain solidarity

Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh renewed his call for convening an Arab summit to regain Arab solidarity, saying it is an urgent national necessity for confronting all challenges and discussing all issues concerning the Arab states, adhering to overcoming disputes, and looking forward a better future for joint Arab work which establishs correct inter-Arab relations based on mutual respect and not interfering one anothers' internal affairs to achieving the supreme national interests.
The Yemeni president denied reports that he will send a high-ranking delegation to Sudan to mediate between Sudanese President Omar Bashir and Hassan Turabi.
