Iraqi parliament denounces the United Nations

The Iraqi Parliament denounced the United Nations resolution which calls for Iraqi cooperation with the new inspection system for Iraqi weapons in order to lift the sanctions imposed on it.
The parliament issued a decision to refuse the resolution and any resolution that does not lift the sanctions on Iraq and the Iraqi people, adding that Iraq's dignity will not allow it to accept this resolution.
The parliament urged the intimate countries to support Iraq for lifting the sanctions, stating that this resolution is headed by the USA and UK to humiliate Iraq and bring it back to the 1990 starting point.
